LEADERSHIP: There comes a time when citizens of a nation shall vote out bad leaders by voting in good leaders. The good leaders shall have an option of appointing other co-leaders, but if the good leaders appoint the bad leaders who were voted out by the citizens, then the good leaders shall fail the citizens by allowing bad leadership to lead and thus they may also be termed as bad leaders and the citizens may later on realize that they initially voted in bad leaders. The choice for good or bad leadership for that nation shall lie in the hands of the democratically voted leaders.
